Pyszne.pl Awards 2025 - Promotional Terms and Conditions for Partners

These terms and conditions of promotion (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions" or "Regulations") concern the Pyszne.pl Awards 2025 competition (hereinafter: "Awards" or "Promotion"). The Pyszne.pl Awards competition is an annual competition in search of the best partners (restaurants and stores) available on the Pyszne.pl service and is organised by Takeaway.com Central Core B.V. ("Promoter", ""JET"" or ""Just Eat Takeaway.com""). Restaurants and stores that meet the requirements set out in these Regulations are automatically entered to participate in the Promotion ("Participants").

Partners

Partners have the opportunity to win prizes ("Prizes for partners"), such as a budget for Pyszne.pl marketing activities, a Pyszne.pl trophy, more visibility on Pyszne.pl customers, and discount vouchers to distribute to consumers.

The following category groups are distinguished within the Pyszne.pl Awards:

a. World Cuisines

For the cuisine type category awards, one national winner will be selected:

Best restaurant - Polish cuisine
Best restaurant - Italian cuisine
Best Kebab
Best restaurant - Asian cuisine
Best vege restaurant
Best restaurant - Burger
Best Breakfast

b. National Categories

For national awards, one national winner will be selected in each of the following categories:

Best Restaurant in Poland
Best Chain
Best Local Chain

c. Regional Categories

For regional winners, one winner will be selected for each participating city or voivodeship:

Best restaurant - dolnośląskie
Best restaurant - kujawsko-pomorskie
Best restaurant - Lubelskie
Best restaurant - Lubuskie
Best restaurant - Łódzkie
Best restaurant - Małopolskie
Best restaurant - Mazowieckie

For special awards, one national winner will be selected in each of the following categories:

Nomination Criteria

Nominees are selected in each category, determined by Just Eat Takeaway.com. The following factors ("Nomination Factors"), measured over a 12-month period from September 2024 to September 2025, are taken into account when nominating nominees.

Commercial Factors:

Availability rate
Orders per day
GMV per day
Cancellation score
Days online

Customer Factors:

Unique customers
Repurchase rate
Review Ratings
Number of Ratings

A weighted score is used to ensure that all variables are counted carefully.

2. Promotional Terms

Promotion

The organiser of the Pyszne.pl Awards is Takeaway.com Central Core B.V., a private company with limited liability, established under Dutch law, with its registered office in Amsterdam at Piet Heinkade 61, 1019 GM, Netherlands, and registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 69769753, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of every legal entity or person that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Takeaway.com Group BV.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Pyszne.pl Awards, and Participants accept these Terms and Conditions.. Participants who violate these Terms and Conditions will be excluded from the Promotion.
Employees of Just Eat Takeaway.com, their associated, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, as well as their families, agents, or anyone connected with the Promotion are excluded from participating in the Promotion.
The Promotion begins in October 2025 and ends in March 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Pyszne.pl Awards will be held on the Pyszne.pl platform.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion and have a chance to win a Prize in the Pyszne.pl Awards, the Participant must:
1. Be connected and available online at Pyszne.pl for the duration of the entire Promotion Period.
2. Be established in Poland
3. Be nominated for one of the awards

(All together, the ‘’Eligibility Criteria’’)

The Participant who has fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria can win one or more Restaurant Prizes. The winners are determined impartially by Just Eat Takeaway.com.
Just Eat Takeaway.com does not charge communication costs for participation in the Pyszne.pl Awards.
Just Eat Takeaway.com reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the Promotion at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without liability to any Participants.
Promotion materials relating to the Promotion also form part of these Terms and Conditions but in the event of any conflict between such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
Just Eat Takeaway.com may refuse or exclude nominees and winners in its sole discretion, without giving a reason and without being liable for any damage suffered by the Participant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any consumer or restaurant Participant believes not to be in compliance with these Terms and Conditions or not participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use their discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction they deem appropriate. If fraud by a Participant is assumed or confirmed, the participant in question will be immediately disqualified. The following will at any case be understood as fraud: forging, buying and/or otherwise influencing Pyszne.pl reviews or votes for the Awards.

Selection and Announcement of Winners - Partners

Pyszne.pl Awards winners are determined based on public voting.
Voting will begin on January 19, 2026, and end on February 1, 2026, allowing the public to vote for their favourite restaurant via a publicly accessible website. The winner will be decided based on which nominee receives the highest number of votes. All votes will be subjected to a filtering process and fraudulent votes will be removed.
Just Eat Takeaway.com will not reveal the votes received for the public and only the winner will be announced. The winners of the Pyszne.pl Awards will be announced no later than March 2026.
Winners of the Pyszne.pl Awards 2025 guarantee tguarantee that the personal information provided to Just Eat Takeaway.com is correct, truthful and complete.
The full list of winners will be announced no later than between February 28 and March 28, 2026, at https://www.pyszne.pl/awards/2025/pl/home/ using the name of the Participant's restaurant or store.

Prizes - Partners

Winners in the Restaurant of the Year category:
1. A budget for Pyszne.pl marketing activities in the amount of 30,000 PLN.
2. Pyszne.pl Awards trophy
3. Increased marketing visibility within Pyszne.pl marketing activities, to be defined at Pyszne.pl's discretion.
4. 200 discount vouchers to distribute to Customers
Winners in the Chain of the Year, Local Chain of the Year, Best Store categories can win the following Prizes:
1. A budget for Pyszne.pl marketing activities in the amount of 15,000 PLN.
2. Pyszne.pl Awards trophy
3. Increased marketing visibility within Pyszne.pl marketing activities, to be defined at Pyszne.pl's discretion.
4. 200 discount vouchers to distribute to customers
Winners in every other category can win the following Prizes:
1. A budget for Pyszne.pl marketing activities in the amount of 7,000 PLN.
2. Pyszne.pl Awards trophy
3. Increased marketing visibility within Pyszne.pl marketing activities, to be defined at Pyszne.pl's discretion.
4. 200 discount vouchers to distribute to Customers
Winners will be announced no later than the end of March 2026, via email.
Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or other goods, prizes or services. In case the Participant refuses a Prize, the Prize remains the property of Just Eat Takeaway.com.
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prizes (or any part thereof) with another prize of equivalent or higher value in the event the original Prize(s) offered are not available or due to an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to where the Prize is withdrawn by the provider of that Prize before the Promotion takes place).
Prizes are personal and non-transferable.
Each Participant can win a maximum of one Prize unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

Both the Just Eat Takeaway.com privacy statement for restaurant owners, which can be found at https://www.pyszne.pl/en/privacy-policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply to the personal data provided by the Participant in connection with the Pyszne.pl Awards.
Participants agree that if they win the Pyszne.pl Awards, they will be announced with the name of their restaurant or store on the website https://www.pyszne.pl/awards/2025/pl-en/home/ and on Just Eat Takeaway.com's social media channels.
Just Eat Takeaway.com cannot be held liable for the processing of personal data by social media channels. We advise you to read the privacy statements of social media channels for more information about the processing of personal data by the social media channels.

Liability

Participants acknowledge that participation in the Pyszne.pl Awards is at their own risk.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an Participant or his/her/their accompanying companions as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any Prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If the Promotion is terminated, amended or suspended for any reason, Just Eat Takeaway.com and third parties engaged by Just Eat Takeaway.com are not liable for any damage or costs incurred by Participants and Participants are not entitled to compensation.
Just Eat Takeaway.com and third parties engaged by Just Eat Takeaway.com are not liable for malfunctions in the network, hardware or software due to social media channels as a result of which data is delayed or lost.
Print material, including flyers, is subject to printing errors.

These Regulations will not be amended by Just Eat Takeaway.com during the Promotion Period, subject to obvious errors and spelling mistakes.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the Pyszne.pl Awards or these Regulations will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Any gambling taxes due in connection with this Promotion and/or any withholding taxes that must be deducted from the Prize are at the expense of Just Eat Takeaway.com.
Any taxes (other than gambling taxes and/or withholding taxes) due in respect of this Promotion are for the account of the winner.
A winner should consult their own (tax) advisors regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a Prize as won Prizes may need to be declared to the local (tax) authorities.

These promotional terms (hereinafter: ''Terms'' or “Regulations”) concern the Pyszne.pl Awards 2025 competition (hereinafter: ''Pyszne.pl ''Awards''' or ''Promotion''). The Pyszne.pl Awards competition is an annual competition seeking the best restaurants and stores on Pyszne.pl and is organised by Takeaway.com Central Core B.V. (''Promoter'', ''JET'' or ''Just Eat Takeaway.com'').

Pyszne.pl Awards winners are selected based on public voting, and by casting a vote and entering the game, the consumer "Participant" has the opportunity to win a "Prize," as described in these Regulations.
